Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery. All of our prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered company so there are no surprises at check out. All orders include a receipt. Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

Credit card are processed directly through our safe check out system. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. We also accept money orders and checks but they need to be cashed before order is shipped. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

Shipping and postage:

Ordered before 1:00PM are sent same day through a courier for next working day delivery. This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that Next Day does not include delivery on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Free Next Day Delivery includes mainland UK only. Additional charges will apply to UK islands, Northern Ireland, Northern Scottland, and rural areas where the currier may charge additional fees. You will be notified of additional fees prior to dispatch, and chargers will not be made on your credit card until you approve. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels. Items not posted with next day delivery are indicated in item description, this insures product prices are kept low.

We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. Due to an increase in fraud you MUST have alternative addresses approved prior to shipping. This may delay next day delivery. If we suspect fraudulent use of payment we will cancel purchase without warning. Fraudulent payment will be turned into authorities as we have zero tolerance for fraudulent behavior.

We post International orders daily. International orders are not included in Free Next Day Delivery. All international orders need to have postal insurance. No returns for International orders, you will be provided with contact information for the manufacture. All international returns for faulty items will need to be managed through the manufacture and the warranty policy. International orders are posted with Fastway Courier's, DHL, UPS, or Parcel Force. Some additional charges may apply for Islands or very rural areas. Additional postage costs will be discussed with you before package is shipped.


If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer will not be refunded 7.49 to cover original postage and will not be refunded 10% restocking fee. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.

If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.


Vaporizers are intended to be used by 18's and over. When you purchase a vaporizer you are agreeing that you are over 18 years old.


Seller may change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Seller may terminate agreement with buyer if any terms of Terms & Conditions are breached.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and buyer and may only be amended in writing.

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Seller for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

Seller may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

All products and services are subject to availability. Seller endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock. We will contact you with this issue and if you require a refund then we will do so.

Seller is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation. Buyer is responsible for all customs and excises taxes in their country.
